Monique is  an Issaquah Highlands resident that is not only a blonde but also a Blonding specialist. She  has been behind the chair for over 8 years and has a passion for helping her clients reach their desired outcome while still maintaining the integrity of the hair. As a former Aveda educator and stylist she has always wanted to own her own hair salon. Her past experience allowed her to learn so much about the industry and she continues to pass her knowledge on to her clients and team. 

Quin is a Luxury Barber from Los Angeles, CA but it wasnt until he moved to the Issaquah Highlands that he found his forever home. Becoming a barber and hair salon owner has been a long time dream of his and to be able to live out his passion for working in the beauty industry along side Monique makes it that much better. He is a licensed barber who specializes in Men’s grooming And curating a 5 star experience for men and women alike.
